I have used Piper's 3 times in the last 18 months or so. I have encountered nothing but fairness, integrity, job knowledge, and punctuality. Kelly, Ryan, and Jason are GREAT! I STRONGLY recommend this team for any of your plumbing needs.

Honestly, I have had nothing but good luck with this place! Ryan and Jason work the Rosco/Higgins lake area and they are great. They show up when they say and call if they are delayed or early, they are extremely polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have called this place multiple times in the last year and every time they work on something, I feel relieved and reassured! The prices are comparable, if not better. I have recommended this place multiple times already and continue to do so! Definitely a happy customer! Services - relocating washer/dryer plumbing/venting; water heater replacement; AC prep for summer with fixing the condensation line; hot water line into garage.

Our furnace went out in a Monday evening. The Piper crew was in scene the next morning installing a new furnace. The furnace and a smart thermostat were installed that morning. I was impressed with the quick service and the professional installation job. I know this job would have cost much more at some of their competitors. I highly recommend if you have a plumbing or HVAC issue you consult with Piper Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning.

Piper Plumbing & Heating provided my family first class service. Their Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They helped remove a Flying Bat from my furnace intake. They also helped replace and fix a malfunctioning trap on my kitchen sink. They were very fair and provided great customer service. I would Highly recommend them.

Called first thing in the morning when we found out our water heater was leaking. Was told that all crews were out on jobs but as soon as one was available, they would be out to replace it. It would probably be in the afternoon. At 4:45 pm, got a call that the crew was on their way. shortly after, Sam came with the new heater. The old heater is in the basement and in tight quarters making it hard to remove. He had to call for help. Within a few minutes, another technician was here to help him. Less than an hour later, the old one was removed and the new one installed. Piper's crews are extremely polite and friendly. they work fast, do a fantastic job and have the customer's best interest. I highly recommend Piper for any of your plumbing/heating needs.
